Quick Sauce with Lamb

- Thai onions
- Black garlic cloves
- Lamb stock
- Juniper berries
- Bay leaves
- Star anise
- Freshly grated mustard seeds
- Freshly grated nutmeg

- Kitchen red wine
- Turnip tops
- Lime zest

step 1
- You start by peeling the onions and frying them in a little fat. Now add the lamb stock. Now add all of the listed spices as well. Reduce for 5 minutes on high heat. Not frightening – the fund has almost disappeared.
