Quick smoked salmon pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp herb cream cheese, low-fat
  • 200 g spinach, frozen
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 200 g whole wheat spaghetti or penne
  • salt and pepper
  • broth
  • Pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

WW suitable

Dice the onions and smoked salmon and sauté them in a pan with a little oil and garlic. Add the herb cream cheese and frozen spinach. Mix the low-fat milk with the bouillon powder and add it, then simmer over low heat. Season with salt, pepper, and, if desired, a little chili pepper. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and fold in. Simmer for a while longer.
