Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pack of salmon, frozen
- 1 bunch of dill
- 300g farfalle
- olive oil
- pepper
- Fondor (fine seasoning)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pasta dish with salmon – without cream…
Thaw the frozen salmon. Cook the farfalle al dente according to the instructions, then drain. Heat the oil in a large pan. Sear the fish, shredding it with a fork (if it doesn’t flake on its own). Add the hot pasta, mix well, and fry (I personally like some of the pasta to be a little crispy). Chop the dill and add it. Season with pepper and Fondor (please don’t add salt!).
