Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g spelt flour
- 150 g oat flakes, coarse
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar, brown
- 1 sachet of dry yeast
- 500 ml water
- 1 carrot(s), grated
- e.g. oat flakes, sunflower seeds or millet
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
makes 12 rolls
Mix the flour with the oats, salt, sugar, yeast, water, and grated carrot until well combined; the batter should be relatively thin. Divide the batter evenly into the holes of a greased muffin tin. Sprinkle with oat flakes, sunflower seeds, or millet, if desired. Let rise for about 30 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until golden brown.
