Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of shortcrust pastry, 300 g, from the refrigerated section
- 500 g spinach, frozen
- 150 g feta cheese
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- e.g. cream
- pepper
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Shape the shortcrust pastry into a round, 26 cm diameter baking pan lined with baking paper. There should be a 3 cm high edge. You should also have some dough left over; reserve this for later. Prepare the spinach in a pan according to the instructions and season to taste. Then place it on the shortcrust pastry base. Cut the feta into small slices and place on the spinach. Sprinkle with grated Gouda cheese. Pour a little cream over the top. Cut the leftover pastry into long strips and arrange them on top in a star shape. Brush with cream or milk. Bake at 180°C on the middle rack for about 30-40 minutes.
