Quick Summer Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream, or brunch, or similar.
  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 4 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 4 mushrooms, fresh
  • basil
  • Cheese, grated, preferably mozzarella
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Cut the flatbread into two pizza bases. Spread half a cup of sour cream or brunch, etc., on each half. Slice the tomatoes and place them tightly on the bases. Repeat with the mushrooms. Chop the basil and sprinkle over the top. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the pizzas, if desired. Bake on the middle rack for about 8 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
