Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slices of wholemeal or grainy brown bread
- some butter
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sautéed oregano
- 1 tsp, leveled herb salt
- 100 g cheese, strong flavoring

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Spread the bread slices thinly with butter. Slice the mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers into thin strips. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables, seasoning with oregano and herb salt. Top the prepared bread slices with the vegetables. Cut the cheese into thin strips and spread them on top. Bake the bread in the hot oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
