Quick Tomato Dumplings

- 500 g Sieved tomatos
- 200 ml Broth
- 4 Pc. Bratwurst
- 1 Can Peas
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- 1 tsp Dried marjoram
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Thyme freeze dried
- 2 Pc. Dried chilli peppers
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Tabasco
- Pasta
- Bring tomatoes and broth to a boil in a saucepan. Tied herbs and chillies in a tea bag and cook them with them.
- Shape the sausage meat into small balls and let them simmer in the tomato sauce after 15 minutes. In the meantime the pasta will bite to the boil.
- Finally add the peas and heat. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, paprika and Tabasco
