Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Sieved tomatoes
  • 200 ml Broth
  • 4 Bratwurst
  • 1 can Peas
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 1 tsp Dried marjoram
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Thyme freeze dried
  • 2 Dried chilli peppers
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Tabasco
  • Pasta

Instructions
 

  • Bring tomatoes and broth to a boil in a saucepan. Tied herbs and chillies in a tea bag and cook them with them.
  • Shape the sausage meat into small balls and let them simmer in the tomato sauce after 15 minutes. In the meantime the pasta will bite to the boil.
  • Finally add the peas and heat. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, paprika and Tabasco
