Quick Turkey Pan with Peppers

- 1 Turkey schnitzel
- 1 Orange peppers
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Leek onions
- 1 toe Garlic fresh
- 1 toe Oil
- Harissa spice
- Cream
- Salt
- Chives
- Cut turkey escalope, gutted peppers and tomatoes into not too small pieces.
- Season the bell peppers and turkey with harissa and fry in a little oil over medium heat.
- Chop the white end of the spring onions and finely chop the clove of garlic.
- Add the garlic, onion and tomato to the pan.
- Deglaze with a little cream, season with salt and, depending on the heat you want, add harissa.
- A little more chives for decoration – done!
