Quick Turkey Pan with Peppers

The perfect quick turkey pan with peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Turkey schnitzel
  • 1 Orange peppers
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Leek onions
  • 1 toe Garlic fresh
  • 1 toe Oil
  • Harissa spice
  • Cream
  • Salt
  • Chives
  1. Cut turkey escalope, gutted peppers and tomatoes into not too small pieces.
  2. Season the bell peppers and turkey with harissa and fry in a little oil over medium heat.
  3. Chop the white end of the spring onions and finely chop the clove of garlic.
  4. Add the garlic, onion and tomato to the pan.
  5. Deglaze with a little cream, season with salt and, depending on the heat you want, add harissa.
  6. A little more chives for decoration – done!
