  • 250 g Mushrooms, great
  • 1 Pointed peppers
  • Turkey farce from the previous day
  1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms, cut the peppers in half, remove the stones
  1. Fill with the farce and place in a greased baking dish
  1. Gratinate in a preheated (200 °) oven for just under 20 minutes
  1. Serve with pasta and mushroom sauce (KB)
