Quick vegetable and fish gratin

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g fish fillet(s), e.g. cod, pollock or redfish
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 600 g mixed vegetables, frozen (e.g. fine vegetable mix)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • some herbal salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 230°C. Season the fish fillets with herb salt, cayenne pepper, and curry powder. Grease a baking dish with oil and place the fillets side by side. Mix a sauce of cream, mustard, and ketchup and spread it over the fish. Arrange the vegetables on top and season lightly with salt and pepper. Slice the tomatoes, place them on top of the vegetables, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for about 25 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes; I prefer whole-wheat baguette.
