Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 200 g celery
- 200 g leek
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 liter of water
- Sunflower oil
- salt and pepper
- 5 bay leaves
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, diced
- 3 rosemary sprigs
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 5 cloves
- 15 juniper berries
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Cut the vegetables into approximately 1 x 1 cm cubes. Sauté in a little oil, taking care not to brown. Pour in water. Add the spice sachet and simmer for an hour. Strain, taste, and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
