Quick Vegetable Stew

The perfect quick vegetable stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Marrow bone
  • 3 Pc. Potatoes
  • 3 Pc. Carrots
  • 1 Pc. Leek
  • 4 Pc. Cauliflower
  • 0,5 Pc. Kohlrabi fresh
  • 4 tbsp Green frozen peas
  • Salt pepper
  • Finely chopped parsley
  1. Boil the marrow bone in salted water (approx. 30 min.), Or use the ready-made stock. Pour through a sieve into a large saucepan. Wash, peel and chop the potatoes and add.
  2. All of the above Ingredients and the vegetables, which are cut into spoon-sized pieces, are brought to a boil in a large saucepan after their cooking time. Don’t forget the seasoning!
  3. When the vegetables and potatoes are done but still firm to the bite, they can be served. Taste! Just before serving, add some chopped parsley.
