Quick Vegetable Stew
The perfect quick vegetable stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Pc. Marrow bone
- 3 Pc. Potatoes
- 3 Pc. Carrots
- 1 Pc. Leek
- 4 Pc. Cauliflower
- 0,5 Pc. Kohlrabi fresh
- 4 tbsp Green frozen peas
- Salt pepper
- Finely chopped parsley
- Boil the marrow bone in salted water (approx. 30 min.), Or use the ready-made stock. Pour through a sieve into a large saucepan. Wash, peel and chop the potatoes and add.
- All of the above Ingredients and the vegetables, which are cut into spoon-sized pieces, are brought to a boil in a large saucepan after their cooking time. Don’t forget the seasoning!
- When the vegetables and potatoes are done but still firm to the bite, they can be served. Taste! Just before serving, add some chopped parsley.
