Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

particularly refreshing in summer, very variable

Chop the lettuce, onions, chives, and tomatoes, mix everything with the crème fraîche, and season with salt and pepper. Heat the tortillas briefly in the microwave. Spoon the filling onto the prepared tortillas, first folding the bottom side up to prevent spillage, then roll up the filling.
