Quick wine sausages

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g sausages, fine
  • 100 g onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 400 ml water
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 20 g flour, mixed with water
  • salt and pepper
  • some broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Slice the sausages and fry them until crispy. Then dice the onion, add them to the sausages, and sauté until translucent. Add the water and ketchup and bring to a boil briefly. Mix the flour with a little water in a cup to thicken the sauce. Finally, add the wine, bring to a boil briefly, and season to taste. We like to eat the wine sausages with rice. Bread would also be delicious with them.
