Quick wraps with minced meat and kidney beans

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • ½ can tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ can kidney beans
  • 1 cup cream cheese (Brunch Paprika-Pepper)
  • 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs
  • 4 wraps

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Fry the ground beef until crumbly and brown, then add the kidney beans. Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes and simmer briefly. Then stir in the cream cheese and season to taste. Prepare the wraps according to the package instructions, top with lettuce leaves, pour the mixture on top, roll up the wraps, and serve. This recipe is highly adaptable. You can also use other vegetables, other cheeses, or processed cheese.
