Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 90 g quinoa, uncooked
- 75 g pecans
- 24 g chia seeds
- 24 g pumpkin seeds
- 8 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp raw cane sugar
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Roughly chop the pecans and place them in a bowl along with the quinoa, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and raw cane sugar. Heat the maple syrup and coconut oil in a small saucepan and mix well. Add to the dry ingredients in the bowl and mix well. Spread thinly with a spoon on parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes. Turn the baking sheet over to ensure the mixture browns evenly. Once golden brown, remove from the oven and let cool completely. Only then cut or break into pieces.
