- 2 cups quinoa
- 4 cup(s) water or vegetable broth
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), chopped
- 2 tbsp hemp flour, millet flour or rice flour
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp psyllium husks
- ½ cup kohlrabi, diced
- ½ cup carrot(s), diced
- ½ cup celery, sliced
- ½ cup celeriac, diced
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Spice(s) of your choice

For the patties, place the quinoa in a sieve, rinse, and cook in the vegetable broth, allowing it to swell. Then add all the other ingredients and mix well. Form patties with your hands and fry in a hot pan. For the side dish, cook the vegetables in the vegetable broth, season to taste, and then serve. Note: Use a 200-250 ml cup for this preparation.
