Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 80 g quinoa
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g feta cheese (shepherd’s cheese)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ¼ cup cream
- n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
- e.g. chili powder
- e.g. basil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

First, cook 80g of quinoa according to the package instructions. Chop the onion and bell pepper and sauté them in a non-stick pan. Stir in the tomato paste and cream. Add the prepared quinoa and spices and cook for a while. Then dice the feta cheese, mix in, and let it melt slightly.
