How to use quinoa

  • You must boil quinoa to use it as a side dish or salad. To do this, wash the pseudo grain and put almost twice the amount of water in relation to the grain in a pot. Bring the grains to a boil and let them simmer over low heat and uncovered. Stir occasionally.
  • Then fluff up the grains with a fork. Leave the mixture to rest until the grains have absorbed all the water.
  • Now you can use it to prepare salads, patties, or pancakes. Quinoa is also suitable as an accompaniment to vegetables or chicken.
