Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ cup quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 3 basil leaves
  • ½ can of tomatoes, chopped
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, rinse the quinoa with water, then boil it in water with salt and sugar, and let it swell. Meanwhile, sauté the onion, garlic, oregano, and chili in oil. Add the tomatoes and finely chopped basil. After about 20 minutes, the quinoa will be soft and can be mixed together.
