Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g quinoa
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- ½ zucchini
- 1 carrot(s)
- 300 g chicken fillet(s), fresh, cut into strips
- some salt and pepper
- 2 slice(s) Gouda, young
- n. B. water

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

First, chop the bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot into small pieces. First, cook the zucchini in a pan with a little water to prevent it from burning. Once cooked through, add the diced bell pepper and carrot. Cook over medium heat with a little more water. Then prepare the quinoa according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, fry the chicken strips. Place the vegetables, quinoa, and chicken strips on a plate. Season with salt and pepper. Then top with the cheese and microwave until the cheese is melted (about 30 seconds). Season again with salt, if desired, and serve.
