  • 1 tl Szechuan pepper
  • 1,5 tbsp Salt
  • 1,5 tbsp Bell pepper vegetable flakes
  • 3 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1,5 tsp Green peppercorns
  • 0,75 tbsp Grated nutmeg
  • 2 piece Macis flowers
  • 1 tbsp Dried garlic
  • 1 tbsp Dried onion
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds black
  • 1 tsp Cardamom seeds green
  • 0,5 Tl Anise
  • 4 piece Long pepper
  • 6 piece Allspice grains
  • 0,5 tbsp Cubeb pepper
  • 1 tsp Pink pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dried chives
  • 0,5 tbsp Dried savory
  • 0,5 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 0,5 Tl Celery seeds
  1. Finely grind everything except chives and paprika sweet and nutmeg in the coffee grinder. Roughly press the chives in a mortar. Then mix everything well with the other ingredients
