Crunchy Yogurt with Pear and Cinnamon Compote

- 8 Spekulatius
- 1 shot Liquor 43
- 150 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- Some honey
- 4 tbsp Pear and cinnamon compote
- Do you know that too? After dinner I was still hungry for something sweet. It shouldn’t be gummy bears and chocolate. Just so boring yogurt. So we looked through everything briefly … and that came about from it.
- Put speculoos in a bag. Seal and beat into small pieces with the help of a potato masher or similar. Put the crumbs in a bowl and drizzle with a little liqueur 43. Sweeten the yoghurt with the honey. Pour part of the cookie crumbs into 2 beautiful glasses. Keep a little bit of it for decoration. Now spread the yoghurt on top. Pour 2 tbsp of the pear compote over each. (preferably homemade) and decorate with a few of the cookie crumbs.
