- 10 slices of raclette cheese
- 1 jar green olives stuffed with peppers
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, diced
- 1 cucumber(s), diced
- 1 tbsp cranberries

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Using leftovers after a raclette party
First, heat some olive oil in a pan and melt 9 of the 10 slices of raclette cheese. Be careful not to overbrown the cheese. Dice the bell peppers and add them to the melted cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange everything on a platter and garnish with cucumber and olives. Place the remaining cheese slice on top and top with a tablespoon of cranberries. This recipe is perfect for using up the ingredients after a raclette dinner.
