Raclette Stew

The perfect raclette stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Cooked potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • Kidney beans
  • Corn
  • 200 g Seared minced meat
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • 1 Paprika
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 toe Chopped garlic
  • Salt
  • 1 Msp Chilli powder
  • Virgin olive oil
  1. The quantities and ingredients can vary depending on what was served with the raclette or what is left.
  2. Fry the chopped onion in the hot oil, dice or slice the potatoes and add them. Add the remaining vegetables, cut into the mouth. Deglaze with the tomatoes, stir in the spices and garlic, let simmer briefly, season to taste, done.
