Radish and ham spread

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 200 g radish(s), peeled
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • 250 g double cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 hours; Total time approx. 15 hours 15 minutes

delicious with pretzels or farmer’s bread

Finely dice the radish, mix with the salt, and wait 15 minutes for the water to evaporate, then drain. Hollow out the tomatoes and finely dice the flesh and ham. Mix all ingredients together.
