Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 260 g mushrooms
- 2 bunch radishes
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 1 box of cress
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground white
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean, rinse, and slice the mushrooms. Immediately drizzle with lemon juice. Clean, wash, and slice the radishes. Cut the cress from the garden bed, rinse, and pat dry. For the salad dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar. Add the salad ingredients. Let the salad marinate for a while.
