Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g radicchio
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 2 onions
- 3 tbsp herbs, chopped e.g. parsley, chives, dill, chervil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Remove the wilted leaves from the radicchio and trim the root ends. Pick the radicchio apart (separate large leaves), wash, and drain well. For the salad dressing, combine oil and vinegar, season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Peel and finely dice the onions. Stir in the onions and herbs. Toss the salad with the dressing just before serving.
