Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bunch radishes
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp mustard (lemon)
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ¼ bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash, trim, and slice the radishes. Roughly chop the eggs. Squeeze the lemon. Whisk the crème fraîche, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar, and oil until smooth. Mix the radishes, eggs, and marinade well. Wash the parsley, shake dry, and finely chop it. Sprinkle it over the salad.
