Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, easy salad

Wash the radishes and slice them thinly. Peel the onion and slice them into strips. Finely chop the chives. Combine everything in a bowl and drizzle with vinegar and oil. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper, and mix again.
