Radish salad with cooked ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, approx. 150 – 200 g
  • 50 ml milk
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Salt or Fondor
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Separate the radishes from the bunch, wash, and slice. Chop the cooked ham into small pieces, add it to a salad bowl with the radishes, and press in the garlic clove. Add the crème fraîche and a little milk and stir gently. Allow the radishes to wilt slightly. Finally, season generously with Provençal herbs and season with salt and a little pepper. Serve with an oven-fresh pretzel for a delicious dinner.
