Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 large radish(s), white
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 tsp salt, uniodized
- 1 tsp raw cane sugar
- ½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Grate the radish and onion into fine sticks. Stir in the salt and let the vegetables simmer for 15 minutes. A liquid should form. Then drain half of the liquid. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Let simmer for a short while and serve.
