Raffaelo – Ice Cream My Way

The perfect raffaelo – ice cream my way recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Raffealo – ice cream my way

  • Ice powder
  • 90 g Perfecto Plus
  • 35 g Ice cream perfecto
  • 15 g Perfecto binder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Coconut flavor

  • 12 *Meine Raffaelos
  • 1 tsp Coconut flavor
  • 695 ml Whole milk

miscellaneous

  • 5 *Meine Raffealos
  • Chocolate sauce, homemade

Ice Powder & Ice Machine

  1. Put the ice cream together with a pinch of salt in a bowl and stir together. Add my Raffaelos to chop up. Add whole milk and stir with a mixer on the highest setting for one or two minutes. Then pour into a saucepan and heat while stirring constantly.
  2. Let it steep for about 85 degrees and 10 minutes. Stir in coconut flavor and stir again at the highest level. Then let it cool down for about 1 hour so that everything connects. Before the raffaelo paste goes into an ice cream machine, stir it again.
  3. I dumped it in a compressor ice maker and let it freeze for 70 minutes. Then transfer to a freezer. Later take two or three hemispheres and put them in an ice cream sundae. Halve a Raffaelo and place on top. Drizzle with a chocolate sauce.
