Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g low-fat yogurt, set
  • 200 g cream cheese, natural 0.1%
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g semolina (durum wheat and soft wheat both work)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some lemon juice
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add the remaining ingredients, except the lemon juice and apples, and stir in. Fold in the egg whites. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Line a springform pan with baking paper, arrange the apple pieces on top, and drizzle with lemon juice. Pour the batter on top and bake for 45-50 minutes at 180°C. Remove from the oven after 30 minutes and let set for 8-10 minutes, then finish baking. You can also use canned cherries or peaches without sugar.
