Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,500 g apples, peeled and diced
  • 300 g sugar
  • 300 ml vinegar
  • 3 chili peppers
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 4 slice(s) ginger, in syrup
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 onions, peeled and diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Combine everything in a large pot and simmer until thickened. Season to taste and finally pour into prepared twist-off jars.
