Food combining baking recipe
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, sugar, oats, and raisins. Mix the butter, egg yolk, cream, honey, and water well and add to the dry ingredients. Quickly mix with a wooden spoon until a stiff dough forms. Add a little more water if necessary. Using two teaspoons, place small mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each cookie to allow for spread. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes; the cookies should only turn a light golden brown. Carefully remove from the baking sheet and let cool on a wire rack. Store in a tightly sealed container. The cookies are only slightly sweet. If you prefer a sweeter texture, simply increase the sugar to 150 or even 200 g. Tip: Two or three of these cookies with afternoon coffee or tea make a delicious snack.
