Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 80 g lamb’s lettuce (Rapunzel)
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 100 ml buttermilk
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp dill, finely chopped, preferably fresh
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Clean and wash the radish. Peel and slice the cucumber. Make the dressing from the ingredients and season to taste. First, divide the radish among the plates or bowls, then arrange the cucumbers on top. Finally, pour the dressing on top.
