Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g raspberries
- 200 g yogurt
- 100 ml orange juice
- ½ banana(s)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 liter of milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
simply great in summer
Puree all ingredients, except the milk, in a mixing bowl using a hand blender. Finally, add the cold milk and stir well. Chill before serving and garnish with a mint leaf, if desired.
