Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g meringue(s)
  • 750 g raspberries, frozen
  • 500 g cream
  • 500 g quark

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the quark. Crumble the meringue. Layer the meringue, frozen raspberries, and quark and cream mixture into a large bowl until all the filling is used up. The last layer should be the quark and cream mixture. Tip: Refrigerate for about 5 hours before serving.
