Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of jelly, raspberry flavor
- 375 ml white wine or water
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 500 ml cream
- 20 g pistachios
- some raspberries, frozen or fresh, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes
a delicious, festive dessert
Prepare the jelly with wine or water and sugar according to the package instructions. Cool thoroughly, but do not allow it to set. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form (reserve a little for garnishing) and fold it into the jelly. Pour the mixture into dessert molds or a dessert bowl and refrigerate overnight to set. Chop the pistachios. To serve, turn the jelly out onto plates and garnish with dollops of cream, raspberries, and pistachios.
