Raspberry Ginger Collins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 cl gin
  • 2 ½ cl lemon juice
  • 1 cl vanilla syrup
  • 10 raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 150 ml ginger ale

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, strain the raspberries into a shaker with ice. Then, add the vanilla syrup and gin, and shake everything for about 30 seconds. Strain everything into a Collins glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a twisted lemon zest and a raspberry.
