Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 6 tbsp hazelnut oil
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 handful of raspberries, if desired
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, white
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Shake all ingredients, except the raspberries, in a glass and season to taste. Add some fresh raspberries to the salad, if desired.
