Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g raspberries
- ½ mango(s), ripe
- 1 tsp, heaped honey
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 100 ml milk, 1.8% fat
- 60 ml mineral water, medium
- 3 peppermint leaves
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
fresh with peppermint
Sort the raspberries. Peel the mango, use half, and chop it into large pieces. Blend the fruit with all the other ingredients in a blender, pour into glasses, and enjoy.
