Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, optional
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp natural yogurt
- 250 g raspberries
- 250 g melon(s), cut into pieces
- 400 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Place the melon pieces and raspberries into the smoothie maker container along with the water. Add the sugar, yogurt, and chia seeds. Blend the smoothie for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
