Raspberry milk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 ice cubes
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar (40 g)
  • 125 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Rinse the raspberries briefly under cold water. Drain well in a sieve (defrost frozen raspberries). Strain the berries through a sieve. On a board, add crushed ice cubes, the lemon juice, and the sugar. Blend for 2-3 minutes, pour into a large juice glass, and top up with the milk. If you like it a bit alcoholic, you can also add 3 cl of cognac or white rum.
