Raspberry milkshake with vanilla ice cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g raspberries
  • 50 g vanilla ice cream
  • 4 glasses of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Refreshing for the summer, or as a small dessert

Microwave the raspberries for about 2 minutes until melted. Pour the melted raspberries into the Thermomix or, if you don’t have one, into a larger container. Add the milk and mix with the Thermomix or a blender. Once everything is well blended, add the vanilla ice cream and mix in. If desired, you can refrigerate the shake for 10 minutes.
