Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 1 handful of raspberries, frozen
- ½ tsp Stevia

Place a handful of raspberries in a tall mixing bowl and let it thaw. Add the milk and stevia. Be careful with the stevia dosage. Whisk everything briefly with a blender, pour into a glass, and enjoy. Add a scoop of ice to make the shake creamier, if desired.
