Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g raspberries, fresh
- 6 sprigs peppermint
- 125 g rock sugar, brown or brown cane sugar
- 1 liter of vodka
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the raspberries, mint, and sugar in a sealable jar and pour the vodka over them. Let this mixture sit in a sunny window for 4 weeks, then filter and bottle. Let it mature for at least 3 weeks.
