Raspberry Prosecco

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g raspberries
  • 40 ml coconut syrup
  • 800 ml sparkling wine (Prosecco)
  • Mint for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash and hull 200g of raspberries, reserving 4 for garnish. Puree the remaining raspberries with coconut syrup and pass through a sieve. Pour into 4 glasses and top each with 200ml of Prosecco. Place 1 raspberry on a wooden skewer. Serve garnished with the berry skewer and mint.
